NO-BAKED BANANA PUDDING

- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream.
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) instant pudding, vanilla OR banana cream.
- 3 1/2 c. milk.
- 1 box vanilla wafers.
- 3-4 lg. bananas.
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix first 3 ingredients until thick. Layer bananas and wafers in bowl. Pour mixture over the layer. Top with Cool Whip. Pineapple can be used for a pineapple pudding.
- To supercharge, sprinkle 1 to 2 scoops of LIVEADE Mornga Blend into batter.

NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE

- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust.
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened.
- 1/3 c. sugar.
- 1 c. sour cream.
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed.
- To supercharge, sprinkle 1 to 2 scoops of LIVEADE Mornga Blend into batter.
Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar; blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
Spoon into crust; chill until set at least four hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.

- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar.
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup.
- 1 c. peanut butter.
- 1 tsp. vanilla.
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats.
- 1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal.
- To supercharge, sprinkle 1 to 2 scoops of LIVEADE Mornga Blend into batter. Optional:
- 1 c. raisins.
- 1/2 c. coconut.
- 1/2 c. sunflower nuts.
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds.
In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla; blend well. Add oats, moringa blend, cereal, raisins, coconut, sunflower nuts and sesame seeds. Mix well. Press into ungreased 9 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into 20 bars.
